What are some good resources for learning C++, but not from total scratch. What I mean is that the author assumes you have knowledge of basic programming principles and you want to learn about how to use the language, not how to program.

I hope you know what you're doing. Studying C++ just out of curiousity is a waste of time. It's not mainstream anymore, and requires substantial amount of cognitive resources to become proficient.
