Or you could just use one in your home.
Stuff like phone traffic, ought to be funneled through your home VPN and then out to another VPN anyway.

I use digital ocean.
I don't have a life anyway, so I just write linux tutorials for them and they pay me with free servers.
of course those are the only reason to use VPN.
