Your job at college is for YOU to make sure you can get a job and have marketable skills. They provide you with some basic knowledge and a piece of paper that in most cases gets you in the door for an interview.

this. The more time I spend in the college the more apparent it becomes that you're here for a degree not for skills. Sure if your downs level they can teach you but most of the shit you learn could be learned independently in a fourth of the time and without arbitrary guidelines. Employers care more about experience in the form of projects or jobs that you've had so just make your own shit work out.
