This is not a prosumer/enthusiast board. Also the manual appears to have been typeset by Phillipinos. Max ram clock 2133? Typos abound... lists Core i3 in the supported procs.

Also, it says workstation board, so I assume they tossed out the nice nb and sb chips etc
