I lasted about 3 days with my 5x. N ran like hot garbage. Rooting was also fucking pointless since even with root, the /System folder is read only which means Adaway can’t modify the hosts file.
Had to go back to Stan Marshmallow.
Any other guinea pigs here who had a better experience?

I've been using it as my daily driver for my Nexus 6P and it's been pretty good. I get around 2 days of battery life.

That's cool. I'm pretty sure my issues were unoptimized apps running poorly. I hope the read only system folder issue isn't permanent.

What root method did you use? I tried both SuperSU beta systemless root an CF Auto root and could not mount the system folder as RW with either.
