I experience that when trying to watch YT directly in Mozarella Foxfire so I started loading YT vids with mpv instead and it's smooth.

I'm pretty sure it's my video card anon, if I try that the picture will appear smooth for like two minutes, but then it will start stuttering. The audio will also start drifting out of sync right from the start.
