That doesn't even make sense, dumbass. Nobody has claimed a game has been gimped based on the graphics API used except desperate Nvidiots, who see DX12 as the devil itself. AMD don't have equivalent gimping technology to GoyWorks. TressFX hasn't been used since the original Tomb Raider, which runs great on Nvidia cards anyway.

The GTX1070 so far is a great card, no competition.
AMD won't have any new card to counter the GTX1070 and the GTX1080 until Vega.
The only thing that keeps me from buying the card is the lack of freesync support.

I wouldn't be too sure about discounting Poolaris completely. Their leaked benchmark showed a 480 version. A full 480X version might be close enough competition, we can't know for sure.

So the founder's edition 1070 gives you three more frames in this game for a msrp of $50 more than the going price of a 390x (or about as expensive as the most expensive 390x). Not bad, but I've seen new 390s going $325ish which is probably better per dollar performance without giving up enough frames to really matter.
