Does /g/ ever stream their desktop to their phone?
I used Splashtop for a while but it's so shitty that it was only ever on occasion, when I really needed something. Are there any alternatives that aren't also shit? Ideally I'd like something that will lock itself to a specific window.

I just use teamviewer when I have to use a GUI app (ssh otherwise). Works for me.
Not really, Windows is generally pretty fucking horrible for touch interfaces, the thought of me trying to control a mouse cursor with a touchscreen makes me cringe. Instead, I just use my NAS to run media servers and access shit directly using my phone.
TeamViewer or actual MS remote desktop. TeamViewer is nice if you don't have a static IP or a dynamic DNS host.

TeamViewer actually controls really well on a touchscreen. Mouse cursor is controlled by swiping around, not where you're touching, and click/double click us handled with taps of the screen

I do stuff like this too since I agree it's usually horrible, but I wanna play a certain VN while not sitting down at my computer so I'm looking for a different solution.
There is nothing better than Chrome remote desktop and you're wasting your time with anything else.

I use splashtop to read VNs on my pc and stream it on my phone. some VNs are weird and splashtop's buttons doesn't work
