So I'm financing a new laptop from Conn's Home Plus and am trying to decide between the HP Omen or the HP Beats special edition. The Omen is pretty much my choice, but I just found out it only has a 256 SSD hard drive, and has no optical drive! What kind of laptop has no optical drive?? Burning CDs and DVDs (of even playing them) is pretty important to me. I mean I suppose both of these issues can be solved by getting an external HD and an external CD-RW drive right? Just kind of annoying having to bring those everywhere I go.. The Beats laptop is about $1,000 USD cheaper and has a 1 TB drive. It's running a AMD Radeon R6 graphics though. Check out the Conn's website if you want to compare specs.. I really want to be able to run WoW on ultra so I'm leaning away from the Beats... But man that small hard drive and no optical is a huge let down after I thought I found my dream laptop I could finance.. Any input would be greatly appreciated guys, I'm starting to really stress out about it as I'm going to buy one of them tomorrow.
