I recently tried installing arch linux to see what the hype was all about and i couldn't even install it, kept getting errors. this stuff is unusable. so can somebody explain why you guys shill linux? thanks

Yes, it's a waste of time for a lot of people if not most.
Only people with triple digit IQ are able to take advantage of the tooling it provides.
