Is the program being opened by photos hop when you try and launch the .exe? If so, you would need to change photos hop from opening .zip 's by default. If it's not that, and I hope it isn't, could you give us some more context on your situation?

Audacity and Paint might be more suited for your needs.
You have associated the .zip extension with Photoshop you dumb shit. Right click on the zipped file and change.
