Is there a point into trying rescue disk if I'll have to download and burn it from already infected PC (it's pretty bad but I got it to run and it's the only PC on my disposal)?

Is the only right way to do this using clean PC to download iso and burn the rescue disk?

Yeah, I know you guys are not my personal support but come on, is this not a valid question?
