Okay /g/ You are my last hope. I have been trying to instal a new ROM on my android. My phone is Galaxy S4, and after i managed (Finally) to wipe everything through TWRP i selected new ROM to install. There is a problem with this "Samsung galaxy S4" welcome screen that is stuck for like 40 mins now, wat do guys? I have never did thing like this with my phone and i really, really have no idea what to do

OP you sound dumb but I will help you.
Most likely you have the incorrect bootloader after flashing this ROM. Find your exact model number and find a bootloader from an XDA form. Flash it with ODIN (in the BL slot).
It is pretty hard to straight up break one of these phones - so long as you are at least getting something on the screen there is a way to fix it if you can boot to recovery and download mode.
