Get advice if you have problem solving some shit etc. You stand because it's annoying and makes you want to get back to work so the meeting usually goes faster.
5 hr work day. Lots of breaks. Happy staff. Quick turn around. Happy customer. Productive workforce. Happy managers.
The meetings do seem to go on a bit.
Otherwise worked out great for us.
Doesn't work for anti social autists. I mean, you don't have to be a social butterfly or extrovert, you just have to not want to kill yourself just because you can't stand the presence of others.
It really helps teams work together well. There's transparency so if you're a slacker you'll hate it. Which explains why you all seem to hate it.
