Lol do you really think you can get personally identifiable information from an rfid scan? You can't get credit card details, you can really only get a cryptographic key that changes with every transaction which isn't much use to you. My insurance card doesn't have an rfid chip and I've yet to see one that has a chip. Most passports have electromagnetic shielding and nobody walks around with passport in back pocket anyways. Also, nobody is going to stand still with their arms in the air while you rub your phone all over their body, that's just seedy and you'll probably get arrested. You'd have more luck trying to exploit random bluetooth devices on the street.
