That XFX cooler is dead quiet until it needs to spin up the fan.
Then it starts it spinning at max and gradually wind it down.
Would not recommend.

I actually use the XFX HD 7770 as my daily driver still, Its beyond end of life, get the 660. I love the 7770 but there are better cheaper cards out there
the 7770 is a literal laptop tier GPU. the 660 is still ok.
if you're in the market for a used gpu though, you could easily find a much beefier gpu for not much more money. like a 770 in the $150ish range or a 290.
