Compiled some lists about CPUs. I gathered info from cpubenchmark.net. Enjoy.

Starting with best buck for bang with a minimum of 1500 points in the single thread rating.
Only FX-9370 and FX-8370 made it into the top 40. Also what the fuck is that TDP. RIP AMD.
Should also rate them according to their ability to be used in a Hackintosh

Although you neglect to mention that the 'MQ' designation means that it's soldered on.

Stock X4 845 is better than X4 860K until you overclock the later (you'll need a better fan tho). If you plan on buying a GPU don't get APUs, it's a waste of money unless you get some crazy deal.

You can BCLK overclock x4 845 in AHCI mode to around 4.0 GHz if you don't plan to use SSDs.

I made this one because I like to emulate every now and then, and single thread performance makes the difference.

Not saying you should support the jews at Intel, but an i3-6100 is basically the same price as an Athlon 880k, just 10 dollarydoos more for slightly better multithread performance.
