For my animu pictures it's by show and then organized by character or groupshot and sometimes pairing if its popular enough. Regular 4chan pics are less organized but I have like Pepe/Wojak/Trump folders and then some that just float around if I can't think of a way to categorize.

So I used to have one folder with my husbando's name, and subfolders going two levels deep because I didn't have the autism to go deeper. Now I use OS X and just throw them into one folder with my husbando's name. I tag each file as I go along. It's like my personal booru site, right in my file manager.

Anyway, I don't organize my folders. Chaos is just beautiful. I remember where shit is. Also, and probably more importantly if you wanna be a dick about it, I would organize that shit, except it's such a huge mess, and I'm lazy.

Space separated tags in filenames. Good enough mix between compatibility and convenience - just using any program's file picker's search, boolean operations, wildcards, all that shit is available, I don't even have to type tags completely. Wangblows obviously. Shitposting keeps me from migrating to other os. I can show you when I get home.

The 4 HDDs also get a periodic backup into an HDD encasing with 16TB of data.

I very much doubt that you can create quality logo with photoshop,when I create logo It is something that company can keep forever ,scale in high quality infinitely and can be always easy updated because vector pictures are made of small points that you can always tweak so it saves time,resources and is higher quality in long run

well you should run script for auto save like every serious designer does.
Honestly you should always use auto-save scrypt for everything especially when you expect crash
I understand if you work on 200-500gb pictures it can lag you a little on older hardware but it is still worth it

I don't actually. I have a big folder where all my 4chan pics are, one where I keep my programs, courses and other college related stuff, and one for family pics. Except this everything it's a wasteland.
Well , after hearing my maths teachers advice
Pictures in Pic folder
Animu in animu folder and so on.
To the point where my default download folder size is about 400GB because I don't delete any .exe or .zip files. Instead of removing them, I organized them to a new folder called "winrars" and "softwares".
Tho I have few softwares that are not in those particular folders but they are in my "Kentoi" folder where I store my undergoing hentai gaem research.
Other than that I can quite easily navigate in this 2tb of shit(hole) of a HDD.
