I could use Hackintosh,and i did use it (it was stable and went well despite Applefags lying about the opposite).
But no, it's only a good Operating System for programmers, or for a facebook machine.
For someone taking on any other STEM field,
a combo of Windows and Linux based on interest is just fine.
