Going to get a gtx 970 soon, problem is my hardware is outdated.
Pic related are the specs. (psu = bfgr450wgspsu)
What parts need upgrading and what should I replace them with so that things run smoothly? (I'm on a budget, willing to go somewhat cheap)

Shouldn't I upgrade the cpu at least? I read that my current one is shit when it comes to running modern aaa games and that it will cause quite a bit of bottlenecking.
