Except that's not right. I've had a package say it was received and it wasn't delivered. I talked to a tech online and he said to give it a few days. I waited three days and it never arrived. They offered to refund it or send me a new one. I chose the new one and it arrived three days later.
The original arrived a few days after that and I had two.
