My GPU seems to throttle down when overvolting. I'm currently running kombustor at 1.3v and my GTX 780s core drops down from 862Mhz to 666Mhz. Anyone had simlar issues?

Why is it throttling? Are you hitting high temps? If yes, find a way to lower it. Are you not able to lower the temperature? Then you're fucked.

I have a custom waterloop, my GPU is running just above ambient temperature so that should not be causing any issues.
