I'm running a GTX 650 1GB right now with 12GB of RAM and a i7 4770 intel @ 3.4 Ghz, but I want to upgrade my graphics card because its a pretty obvious bottleneck and I can barely run Fallout 4. Should I wait to buy the 1070 or will it be pointless to get a card that good for my system? I'm not computer savvy whatsoever past the basic stuff, so I don't really know how to go about buying a new card. It seems like a good price at around 400 bucks considering it will increase my game play significantly.
