Your motherboard is too old for a current-generation Intel CPU (wrong socket type, the last few generations of Intel CPUs are socket 1155 or 2011). 8GB RAM is enough, your money is better spent on a new motherboard, CPU and perhaps gpu if there's money to spare after that.

after was planninjg to up my ram with 8 GB to 16 and the damn expens processor to i5 (wich one i dont know bro) then after release of GTX 1070 to get me maybe a gtx 970
