can someone tell me why the fuck torrent uploaders insist on using 5.1 surround sound? Literally no one has 5.1 surround sound on their tv or computer. And for the two people that has it, they have it incorrectly setup (every speaker infront of them).
Not only does 5.1 surround muffle and lower dialogue. You also have to increase the volume to be able to hear any dialogue which in turn makes any other sound incredibly loud
MPC-HC does not have an option to force stereo sound from 5.1 surround sound on torrents
Also, it's so fucking stupid for 2GiB 1080p .mp4 movies to have 5.1 surround. The picture quality is shit, but you reserve 500MiB of the 2GiB for shitty 5.1 surround sound which no one has?
Sure, include it with your fucking 10+GiB BluRay rip .mkv's but atleast include 2.0 stereo sound aswell. Let us choose you cunts. Stereo sound takes up what, 20% lower space than 5.1 surround
