I can usually get away with 'ultra' settings on titles 3+ years old, the newest game I used with the 3 screen resolution was fallout 4 and I was able to run that somewhere between 'high' and 'ultra'.
However I mostly play either weird indie games that aren't graphically intensive, or csgo which is a disaster if you play that at 5760x1080.
My main use for nvidia surround is just to be able to have a larger workspace, I haven't been able to find a better solution for using 3+ monitors.
The 18650s are for my chinese knockoff tesla mech mod.
