Does anyone have some all in one mega script/powershell script to debloat, tweak and disable all the crap that comes with it

Use CCleaner to remove bloat apps, use Spybot Anti-beacon to stop most of the spying.

I find that CCleaner is adequate for debloating/disabling (via uninstall and startup tools, respectively) rather than having to go through Powershell. The only thing you might have to do by hand is add the DWORD values to the registry for updates and Windows Defender. Seriously though you should be able to follow a handful of basic steps without a script.
