Hey /g/ I need some advice, what's the best tower graphics card I can get for the grand total of 200$?

380

wait for 970s to drop

If you're on Windows 380 or 960 its totally a personal preference thing.
If you're on Linux and you want the best performance get a 960.
If you're on Linux and you want the best open drivers get a 380.

Im planning on running a 1TB hardrive windows 10, and popping my old 250, next to it. Would this be more efficient than dualbooting? To add to that, does windows 10 even share partitions?
So here's the full story, up until a few months ago I had been using an ATI Radeon premium graphics.
It burned out, so now I'm using the crappy card that came with my box. Problem is that it can't run windows 10, so I'm stuck on 7.
>pic related (crap card)
A 290 new if your luck otherwise used 290x

Some guy near me on Craigslist was selling a GTX 980 Strix for $200, I texted him as soon as I saw it, like 2 hours after he posted it. Some double nigger beat me to it though even though the guy posted it at like 11pm.
