Hiking.
There's no better non-tech hobby. You have a vague goal to "climb there" and you take your time and enjoy nature. You are self-sufficient with your own equipment and there is no competition, no rush, you can rest when you want, take photos if that's your thing, explore. I'm talking about small tours with just a few friends, just 2 people or you alone.
Forests provide the perfect shade and cool air for those of us who stay indoors 24/7 mainly because we hate the sun.
