Help me ventilate this box.

Long story short, I'm turning this box into an htpc and just noticed it's a bit noisy. All fans are blowing outward except for the 2 at the front of the box (bottom left and right on the picture).
What am I doing wrong ?

First off next Time post on /g/, since they'll be able to help you better.
Cable management is a start, get cable ties and try to hide all your cables neatly behind your case (if you can remove the back panel). It'll take a while but it should provide better airflow. If it still makes noise, than one of your parts' fans are broken. Try and figure out which one it is and replace it
