2 and a half years ago a /g/ anon that worked for Intel (there was proof) was answering questions here, I asked how one might get into hardware and he said this among other things, I said "fuck it" and the next morning I enrolled in calculus for the final year of high-school and now I am second year ECE at uni and loving it

I feel ya trying to do the same in HS right now. In AP CS (don't really like it) and going to next year AP Calc 1 (AB). Never really knew how to get into hardware since no class is involved directly with it in my school. Trying to get on a track to take Multivarible Calc in my final year of HS to get ahead.
