I have a feeling my brother is booting linux on my computer when I'm not at home. I dont know what he's doing it for exactly and he denies doing it, but i did find his usb plugged in with some linux boot files on it. Is there any way I can see what has been booted in the bios or something?
He's probably trying to use a password cracker

more likely he's just using it to mount your (unencrypted) drives/partitions and browse through it freely, which is trivial.
You can set a BIOS password to lock down your boot sequence so it will not boot from USB or CD.

Thanks, I'll do that. But I'm still curious if there is any kind of boot history, because I know there is a USB history on windows located on the registry.

Not sure if still enirely true but something you could check for is whether your clock still is correct after he booted linux
Linux usually overwrites the Hardware clock to UTC while windows uses something different ( maybe localized time? ) and thus it will go wrong after linux has been booted. Make sure to boot without internet to make sure it can't sync
