Im gonna start to learn programming and I thought the best way would be to write it down on paper rather than typing it in

No. Just type them out.
No this is a terrible idea unless you're preparing for whiteboard interviews. Programming is a ton of muscle memory, and you won't know if you're program compiles if it's on paper.
Use an editor like vi/vim/Nano where it doesn't autocorrect like an ide would. That's the equivalent if writing on paper.

Pick a language (Python, java, c++) that has a lot of online documentation. Learn some basic tools. Theorize a program you want to write (something simple) and then you can begin writing code. NOT BEFORE. Also, Get a proper editor like Emacs or if you are Linux go with Nano, gedit or vi(m).
