>everything working great
>turned computer off
>turn it back on and its at bios
What the fuck do i do? Do i have to install windows again? And if i do am i gonna lose all my data?

1: your DELETE key is stuck
2: your OC/etc is bad, and after failing POST it defaulted to BIOS so you can fix it
3: your HDD is bad
only in the case of (3) will you need to reinstall Windows. Otherwise, it's still there on the HDD and simply isn't getting started/booted from.
