Look for dead 'row' of pixels instead of single pixels. its actualy harder to see than invidiual pixels. also hover the pen on every border of screen. if it flies away return it. do the same while actualy pressing too. and dont forget the cameras. there is 3 of them. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt654118.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396
