Looking to replace this SRAM with nvSRAM or FRAM. Need the datasheet with the original chip to find a replacement. Any comments would be appreciated.

afaik 23C1280 is a 128M-bit (16M-wordx8-bit/8M-wordx16-bit) ROM.
As for OP exact model, i'm not sure.
