hey everyone, I know /g/ isn't "tech help" but I just need a quick answer as to how to fix this shit. I googled the problem but nothing really helped

I remember there was a software I downloaded to fix this problem a while ago, but I've forgotten what it was.

Ironically you can get COA keys off eBay for free really easily just by searching for auctions and find pictures of the COA keys that sellers were too lazy/stupid not to cover up.
