Get a new case. Or if you're poor, you can use a wire to connect the green cable coming out of the power supply to the black, so it will turn on without the power button. This means that it will be on all the time unless you flick the switch at the back though.
Maybe the cabling in the case is fucked up, try resoldering it or something
