every once in a while I kinda wish I had a JP ip address too look at some web-sites blocked too non-jp IP addresses. and sometimes you can find a free proxy that works, and it will work very very slowly for like 10 min before it dies.

I have wondered is there any where to pay for a good high speed JP proxy, that will give you your own, non-shared ip address, so I dont have to worry about it getting banned?

vpngate is free and always has some japanese servers available. It usually takes me a few tries to find one fast enough for nico nico, but for 2ch any server you can connect to should be fine.
