What are some good programs to disable Windows 10's telemetry bullshit and provide better privacy? I got Spybot Anti-Beacon so far.

You cannot expect privacy without control over the means by which it's violated. No amount of programs is going to fix that. "Better privacy" is also a bit silly. It's like asking that the window your neighbors are peeping through be made smaller. Why would that make you feel any more comfortable about the peeping?
