I have the network administrator password to a public library's computers. So I was wondering if I should contact someone to let them know about all the security flaws, and tell them how to fix it, or if I should have some fun with it and install key loggers on all the computers and such.

start your career as a security consultant by contacting the guy and telling him you found a hole in their system and that you can produce a report and all that jazz and then put it in your curriculum

alternatively you can install the keyloggers first, have fun peeking into other people's lives, put in a backdoor or some kind of inoffensive malware and then tell him about the bug and if he hires you tell him 'Oh no I found this piece of malware here, see what I meant? lemme fix this for you' and charge extra bux, and if he doesn't give you the job just use your backdoor to keep a presence
Report it. Will be worth it in the long run. There will be nothing really that interesting from peoples using library computers other then facebooks,, youtubes and microsoft word documents.

They use some third party log in timer thing that you use your library card number to gain access to, you literally ctrl alt del, task manager, then end the process of the third party login manager, then you are on an admin account, 'library user' and you just hit enter for the password

Please do contact them, you do not want to be known for hacking a public library. Using a hax0r email handle might scare them into better password policies.

Leave an anonymous letter in the book drop box. Keep your face covered if any cameras are outside and obviously if you need to drive keep the car parked a few blocks away.
