The difference is that Ubuntu take packages directly from Debian Unstable and leave it unmaintained, meanwhile vulnerabilities are fixed in Debian as all provided packages are maintained and security fixes are backported.

So after like 7 distros where one was pure cancer (opensuse) i finally settled for debian last week.
But since today it gets super slow, not just mouse lags it completely slows down to turd speed. No application reacts in time and alt+f2 takes forever and gives me a white screen. Multibooting with windows and antergos, they both feel smooth as they should.
What's wrong with my debian? I thought it's stable...

I have been Ubuntu user for a long time. I have twice tried to try out arch once completely shift to Debian. But I have avoided to fall for these memes over the years and have kept shitposting, fapping and coding without problems.
