i was slowly moving the laptop and then i noticed i still had my USB there stiking out, its black and but a night lamp only so I didnt notice it right away, i pushed it with part of the bed and it was like i pulled the USB out sideways.

When i tried putting it again the computer wasnt detecting it anymore, it doesnt say its damaged, it just doesnt detect it, like nothings there.

Are the pins still connected to the actual pcb? if they aren't then your best bet it to re solder them back in place

You're going to need a magnifying glass and a soldering iron along with some skill to fix it. Throw it in the trash.

Yeah one of the pins probably cracked. You can try to get that metal shell off to see. Don't plug it any more it might fry itself if it didn't already.
>>
Not sure, but it just looks like the plastic fell off and there really shouldn't be anything wrong with the drive itself, hell my friend had one without any plastic at all, just the pcb and the connection, and it still worked

I did try conecting it a couple of times, and on another computer too, im sure it wasnt just the shell.

>>54370181
I hope it didnt

I cant even see that.

That's a pretty dirty trick, putting those resistors in between the pins. Usually when I see this (I work at a university, so it's not uncommon), I like to just drag solder across all four pins. It has like a 90% success rate lol.
