I wish for an adblock, that would block the ads, but give them '10 hits' each in code. That way, the ads stay hidden and skipped, but they get their hits and watches.

I'm actually a uBlock Origin user, I'm just not selfish. I block ads because they're annoying and often malicious, not because I refuse to fund anything. I'm not seeing a problem with this. It's not like anyone will make you install it.
There is no way to fix the adblocking "problem", advertisers dug themselves into a hole they can no longer climb out of.

Nope. uBlock blocks them the same way ABP does, preventing the browser from loading them, and not at the DNS level. If it was DNS level lists a hosts file, you couldn't block paths within a domain.
Flattr takes 10%. Processing fees are out of Flattr's slice. ABP owns 15% of Flattr company in exchange for access to user base.
