How messy is your home directory /g/?
Unacceptably messy. It pisses me off that so many programs these days will ignore my xdg settings and create a "Documents" folder or some shit, and will break if you don't let them. I blame ubuntu-type distributions.

After a while I just make a folder called "Junk" and shove everything in there. Then if it gets really messy again I make current Junk Junk.tar.gz and put it into the new Junk.

I have a folder named desktop files on the desktop I throw everything in there, once its too big I make a folder named old old old old desktop files in the desktop files folder and move that shit in there. Add one old every time.
