What helpdesk ticketing systems are god-tier?
None of them. Zendesk is okay though. Jira if the tickets are just internal, and are for the dev team.

I got scammed into one at IBM, they moved me from a sysadmin job to a ticket monkey in under a week.
They kept my pay at 88k but I had to leave it was so mind numbingly boring.
I pitty these people.
I concur, Maximo is a pile of shit. Come to think of it, IBM is the grim reaper of software. The stuff they produced themselves makes open source from the 1980s look polished in comparison and all the stuff they takeover turns pajeet tier in no time. Fucking IBM, not even once.
