I had (non exactly legal) Photoshop for quite a while and know my way around. But I have a new setup and want to get a non cracked version.
I currently use Manga Studio 5 aka Clip Studio for drawing. Is Illustrator better?

I did this before but (maybe I'm an idiot) I had tu turn off wifi in order to use it because of the cloud or some shit. It would not work with wifi enabled.
