This got me thinking, where do we draw the line for what is and isn't a computer (maybe "personal computer" is a better term). Having an integrated circuit certainly isn't enough, but if a smart watch is a computer, then is a smart TV? They both have screens, run custom UIs and simple apps on an embedded Linux-based OS. Is that where we draw the line?
