i'm a complete technical retard. it's so bad that I can't even get a simple VPN to work. i've tried some of the popular clients. no idea what exactly i did wrong, but none of them worked for me. is there one VPN you'd regard as simple yet safe? which one do you use? what happened to those websites where you just put in the adress like hidemyass? pls help

My brothers PC recently auto-updated to W10.
Then I clicked on the 'I dont accept the eula' button. And it automatically downgraded to W8 again.
After which I could remove the update.
It's literally that simple. Why the fuck do people always click on accept?

when i started it up it said "99%.. finishing up your pc", implying the update was already installed.
you are completely right though, it's my own fault for not even considering this.
tho win10 is not the issue here, i just want to watch a fucking documentary my man..
