Sound on OSX

I really like OS X, however, there is absolutely NO LOUDNESS EQUALIZATION.
So I might be watching a Youtube video, and when I go to another, I get a super loud sound, or super low. I counteract this on Windows using the loudness equalization option under playback devices.
Is it possible to get loudness equalization on OS X? It's Yosemite, btw
Just get a windows laptop, macbooks are obsolete. I sold my mbpr for an xps 13.

Maybe you need an external equalizer. At least that will be consistent when booting into another OS.
